Position your cursor before the destination text where visitors end up when they click your link. Type "<a name=" ">" without the outside quotes and enter a desired term in the quotation marks of the first tag. Follow this with a closing "</a>" element as shown here:
<a name="anchor">Destination text</a>
Navigate to the content you want to display as the link and enter "<a href=" ">" before the first word and "</a>" after the last term. Type the anchor term between the first element's quotation marks and precede this entry with a number sign like so:
<a href="#anchor">Anchor link text</a>
Click the "Preview" button and then click your anchor text to test out the link. Click the "Publish Post" button to finish saving your work. Anchor link text
